The Rotary Club of Albany Port WA is part of the Rotary International District 9460 in Western Australia. Our Club Number is 17570. For the purposes of administration, Rotary clubs throughout the world are allocated into districts. A Rotary district covers a number of clubs within a defined geographical area. Australia became District 65 in 1928.

The activities of the district are overseen by a District Governor and a voluntary staff of assistants all of whom belong to clubs within the district.

As occurs in all Rotary districts, District 9400 has an annual convention every year. The District Convention is organized by the club of the District Governor. All Rotarians in the district are invited to attend the conference should they wish to do so.
