Registrations will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form, together with a tax invoice receipt. Bookings will only be confirmed when payment is received.

Payment of fees must accompany all registrations.
All cheques, international bank drafts, money orders must be made payable to “ANZAOMS Conference”. Bank cheques and drafts must be drawn on any major branch of an Australian Bank in Australian dollars.Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and American Express (please note that Diners is NOT accepted).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or alterations should be put in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Please note that there is no refund on the accommodation deposit.
If cancellation is received in writing:
By 15 August 2008 - $100.00 cancellation fee will apply
By 19 September 2008- 50% of monies paid
After 19 September 2008 - no refund of monies paid
