Your registration fee includes: All Full Delegates • Entry to all sessions • Entry to trade exhibition area • Morning/afternoon teas and lunches during the event • Social events – Welcome Reception and 2009 Awards Function • Satchel • Final Program and Extended Abstract Book • Proceedings on CD Day Delegates (Fri & Sat Only) • Entry to all sessions on that day • Entry to trade exhibition area • Morning/afternoon teas and lunches on that day • Satchel • Final Program and Extended Abstract Book • Proceedings on CD Acknowledgement Registrations will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form, together with a tax invoice receipt. Bookings will only be confirmed when payment is received. Method of Payment • Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. • All cheques, international bank drafts, money orders must be made payable to “Concrete 09 – Concrete Institute of Australia”. • Bank cheques and drafts must be drawn on a major branch of an Australian Bank in Australian dollars. • Register online at www.concrete09.com.au if you are paying by credit card. • Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa and American Express (please note Diners is NOTaccepted). Cancellation Policy All cancellations or alterations should be put in writing to the Concrete Solutions 09 Secretariat. Please note that there is no refund on accommodation bookings. If cancellation is received in writing: • By 30 June 2009 – $100.00 cancellation fee will apply • By 14 August 2009 – 50% of monies paid • After 14 August 2009 – no refund of monies paid | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
