REGISTRATION DESK
 

The registration desk will be located at the Peppers Salt Resort in the Lillie and Lodger Rooms Foyer. Staff at the registration desk will be happy to help with any queries.

NAME BADGES
All delegates will be given a name badge at registration. It is necessary for delegates to wear their name badges at all times when on-site for security reasons.

MESSAGES
A message board will be located next to the registration desk throughout the event.

SMOKING POLICY
The event policy is that there will be “No Smoking” within the Peppers Salt Resort and Spa – smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.

CREDIT CARDS
Credit cards accepted at the registration desk are Mastercard, Visa & American Express. The majority of hotels, restaurants and shops will accept all major credit cards.

GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Please note that all prices quoted throughout this document (registration fees, accommodation, social events, etc) are inclusive of GST.

INSURANCE
As you will be incurring considerable expense when attending this event, it is strongly recommended that you take out an insurance
policy of your choice when booking your travel arrangements.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Organising Committee, including the Critical Care 2011 Secretariat, will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss of or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events.

Cost of care from 5pm:
• One child $72 for the first 3 hours and $15 per hour thereafter
• 2–3 children $78 for the first 3 hours and $17 per hour thereafter
• 4 children $84 for the first 3 hours and $19 per hour thereafter
• 5 children $93 for the first 3 hours and $22 each hour thereafter

Childminding is available during the day at a slightly higher rate. Childminding needs to be booked directly with Heaven Sent Help.

Points to note:
• Minimum 3 hours per sit
• Latest time for commencement is 8.30pm
• After midnight surcharge of $2 extra per hour
• Maximum of 5 children per carer or maximum of 3 children per sitter 3 years of age and under.
• Payment made to carer at the conclusion of the evening.
• Cancellation policy 2 hours notice otherwise the minimum 3 hours is charged.
