To secure your accommodation booking, the first night deposit is required

All alterations and cancellations to accommodation bookings must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds are at the venues discretion.
Transfers from the International Airport to the hotels
The International airport has transfers available to Sydney by train or taxis.
By taxis:
International airport to Sydney centre (CBD) is approximately $50.00 (Australian Dollars). A taxi rank is located just outside the terminal.
By train:
Ibis hotel World Square stop: Museum Station (400m walk from hotel to Museum Station)
Darling Harbour hotels stop: Central Station (1200m walk from hotels to Central Station)
Tickets from the airport to Museum or Central Station are approximately $15.00 per person (one way) (http://www.cityrail.info/fares/calculator.jsp)
By bus:
There is a shuttle service from the airport to all the hotels. It departs every 30-45 mn from the airport. It is called the KST Sydney Airport Shuttle Bus Service
Seats are $12.00 per person
Upon arrival at the airport, please go to the Information Desk and they will direct you to the boarding gate.
