General Information

Visa: To enter Australia, you need to apply for a visa before boarding the plane. To attend the conference, a Visitor Visa will be enough. Applications for a Tourist visa (or Visa Subclass 676) may be made via the internet using registered travel agents, airline services, using a SDP or by applicants applying directly on the internet. For more information on visas, visit www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/ Please ensure your passport validity is superior to 6 months.

Invitation letters: Participants from some countries may require an invitation letter to present to their Embassy when applying for a visa. If you require an invitation letter, please contact the Congress Secretariat Please provide the following:
- full name as shown on the passport
- date of birth
- position
- passport number
This information will be added to the invitation letter.
The letter will state that you will pay for all your expenses.
